Socio-environmental management of forestry resources

The Renner Herrmann S.A. group, with its unit Flosul Madeiras, from Capivari do Sul / RS, is promoting programs and practices of socio-environmental management of its forestry resources. This program presents practical results on the following aspects:

- Cartographic base of forests, environmental diagnoses and fauna and flora monitoring;

- Establishment of conservation areas in our forest reserve: APPs (Areas of Permanent Preservation), RL (Legal Reserve) and FAVCs (Forests of High Conservation Value);

- Formation of biodiversity corridors;

- Environmental education to the employees and the community.
