Location
Metalgráfica Renner, company part of the
Renner Herrmann S.A. group, has its plant located
in Gravataí, Rio Grande do Sul. This privileged
location permits the efficient distribution of its
products to all Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina,
Paraná, Uruguay, Argentina and other regions.
The united located in Gravataí was inaugurated
in 2005 and has an area of 110 thousand km².
History
Metalgráfica started its activities in 1933
to support the paint production. In 1952, when two
sectors of the formerly called Renner Herrmann S.A.
Indústria de Tintas e Óleos –
Can Manufacture and Lithography – were fused,
the company was consolidated as a can manufacturer.
The expansion of Tintas Renner and the increasing
need for greater productivity were the base for
its growth. From the 60s on Metalgráfica
Renner, that at first was just an appendix of the
paint production, begins its own history, serving
clients of many segments in several states. In 2005,
when the plant in Gravataí/RS is inaugurated,
the company already has undoubted prestige in the
market and is elected by Paint & Pintura magazine
one of the best suppliers of metal cans and pails
in the country.
