In December 2009, the Board of Directors of Renner Herrmann S.A. approved the creation of Flosul Móveis Ltda., which will be headquartered at the factory in Capivari do Sul, RS.

The company will operate in the premium furniture industry using as raw material FSC-certified eucalyptus lumber produced by Flosul Madeiras Ltda.

The high quality of the final manufactured product will be a result of the lumber used, which will come from managed forests of excellent quality and the use of varnishes and paints made with the latest in technology by Renner Sayerlack S.A.

Flosul Móveis is the first subsidiary of Flosul Madeiras, a company of the Renner Herrmann group that has been operating for 40 years.

The startup of operations has been scheduled for the first quarter of 2010.
