Program to integrate employees
This program, implemented in Metalgráfica Renner of Gravataí / RS and Renner Sayerlack of Cajamar / SP, motivates employees to develop ideas to continuously improve the processes, products and services of the companies and divisions that form the Renner Herrmann S.A. group.
Every given suggestion is analyzed by an internal commission that awards the approved and implemented ideas.
Objectives: - To develop the creativity of our employees; - To improve and practice communication; - To motivate the use of intelligence to continuously improve the work environment; - To rise our employees’ self-esteem and show them their importance; - To stimulate the culture of continuous improvement.
