Renner Herrmann S.A. announces the conclusion of the negotiation of two operations in Chile in the same week

In the first operation, Renner signed a contract with the Chilean company Reno to purchase an industrial plant specifically to produce paint. The plant was built in 2004 by the Spanish company Barpimo.
